Cameron Schaller

Market Manager

Cameron Schaller was born and raised in Carleton, Michigan, where he grew up alongside three brothers and two sisters. A natural competitor from a young age, he was a multi-sport athlete who enjoyed playing baseball, basketball, golf, and more.

He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating summa cum laude with President’s List honors. Drawn to fast-paced environments that reward effort and achievement, Cameron entered the sales industry in 2023 to pursue a career where growth and impact go hand in hand.

After two years of delivering strong results and witnessing growing client demand, Cameron founded Trident Capital Solutions. His goal was to build a high-performance sales firm that delivers measurable revenue for clients while creating meaningful career paths for aspiring entrepreneurs. His vision continues to guide the company as a trusted third-party sales partner focused on strategic growth and authentic brand representation.

Outside of work, Cameron enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, and playing competitive travel softball.

Morgan Hamrick

Team Lead

Morgan Hamrick was born and raised in the village of Willshire, Ohio. Growing up, she was actively involved in 4H competitions and developed a strong passion for music- both vocal and instrumental. During high school, she performed with The Ohio State Honors Band and District 3 Honors Choir, and was awarded The National School Choral Award in recognition of her achievements.

Morgan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Technology from Bowling Green State University, where she studied Visual Communication Technology. After graduation, she began exploring opportunities that would allow her to grow in the fields of marketing, sales, and business development.

She joined Trident Capital Solutions drawn to the company's commitment to both professional advancement and personal growth. Morgan is focused on building her leadership skillset and is excited to see how far she can grow within the organization.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys reading, working out, cooking, and listening to music.

Zander Poupard

Sales Representative

Zander Poupard was born and raised in Monroe, Michigan. He is an ambitious entrepreneur and real estate professional focused on building a successful career in sales and real estate.

Before entering sales and real estate, he worked in a variety of roles that helped develop his strong work ethic, discipline, and determination. He joined Trident Capital Solutions because of the opportunity for personal and professional growth and is committed to continually improving his skills and performance.

Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, personal development, reading, and spending time strengthening his faith. 

Pilar Salami

Sales Representative

Pilar Grochowski was born in Toledo, Ohio, and has grown into a person with a strong determination to succeed. From an early age, Pilar developed a drive to work hard and pursue her goals.

Pilar believes in challenging herself and continuing to grow. She approaches life with ambition and a desire to accomplish the goals she sets for herself. Her strong drive to succeed motivates her to keep moving forward.

Family is also an important part of Pilar’s life. She especially values the time she spends with her daughter, creating memories and enjoying time together. Balancing her personal goals with the time she shares with her daughter is an important part of who Pilar is.
